I strive to make the most of my time. It helps me plan and stay mentally healthy.
Morning

5:16 AM | Go for a walk, lift, and/or bike. M/W/F: bike or walk T/Th: lift |
6:00 AM | Deep & focused work. |
7:20 AM | Plan daily tasks |
7:30 AM | Breakfast |
8:15 AM | Do something entertaining and informative. (e.g. sports highlights or a movie review) |
8:30 AM | Personal hygiene |
9:00 AM | Ready for work and take note of daily meetings |
9:45 AM | Team Standup |
My time spent between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM consists of project work tracked in a Jira Sprint and about two hours of meetings on average. I typically break for lunch at noon.
Evening
