I strive to make the most of my time. It helps me plan and stay mentally healthy.

Morning

(e.g. watch sports highlights or a movie trailer)

9:00 AMReady for work and take note of daily meetings

My time spent between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM consists of project work tracked in a Jira Sprint and about three hours of meetings. I typically break for lunch at noon.
