Drink a bunch of water.

Gym to lift on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
(Basketball on Tuesday or Thursday during the day.  A walk on the other.)

Extra learn time on Tuesday and Thursday.

“clerical” tasks such as check or send e-mail, set fantasy football line-up, budget my upcoming month, etc.
Listen to a podcast, watch something online such as sports highlights, movie trailer or technical talk.

Plan daily tasks.

Breakfast

Shower and bathroom time.
Meditate, relax, journal, podcast listen
