Drink a bunch of water.

Gym to lift on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
(Basketball on Tuesday or Thursday during the day.  A walk on the other.)

6:30
Breakfast.
Plan day.
Watch current YouTube videos, listen to a podcast, and check e-mail.

Personal computer work

8:30
Shower and bathroom time.
Meditate
